Hi, I’m Julie

Where do I start? To be honest I feel I’ve been wanting to write this page for the past 30 years. Seriously!

I remember thinking when I was just 15 that I wanted to change the world. I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. Is this what this blog is all about? No not really, but maybe in some ways it is. So why did I call my blog ”Feed Your Brain, Love Your Life”? Hummm….I’ll get to that in a minute.

So where do I start? Well first things first, you need to know that I am the wife of an amazing and caring husband, and the mother of three beautiful children, who I love more then anything in this world! Something else you need to know about me, is that I was a stay-at-home mom for 15 years before starting my own business as a solo entrepreneur. I am now the proud founder of Brain Health pour la Vie!

So how will I, a newbie solo entrepreneur, make a difference in this world? It’s simple really. By sharing my story, my life and my knowledge with you. My story I want to share with you dear reader because I believe we are meant for more. If I could I would scream this message from the roof tops! I believe so many of us limit ourselves to who we think we are. However did you know that you have unlimited potential. Yes that’s right, unlimited! Once you tap into this potential you can become who you are meant to BE. How do you do this?

By falling in love with your brain! That’s right! This is the reason why I named my blog ”Feed Your Brain, Love Your Life”. Did I forget to mention that I am also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a Brain Health Coach? That could explain a few things. As a nutritionist, I truly believe and have witnessed in my own life, as well as in my children’s and clients’ lives, that food truly does make a difference in how you feel every single day. And when you feel great, you make better decisions in everything you do.

My passion as a nutritionist and brain health coach is mental health. How you feel every single day is intimately related to the health of your brain! You first need to feed your brain not only the right nutrients, but also the right thoughts, the right relationships and a reason for living.

Your brain is the organ of your mental wellbeing, and you need to take good care of it if you want it to take of you. You may have the most amazing intentions when it comes to your health and life, but if your brain doesn’t work right, you will not be able to carry through those intentions, and you will blame yourself and your willpower for it. Well guess what? It has nothing to do with willpower! However that will be the subject of another blog post 🙂

So are your ready? Are you ready to create a new life, and a new world, a world where love is stronger then hate, where people care for one another, have compassion for humanity and its imperfections, and are grateful for the journey along the way? Yes this is possible. How? Well let’s start by learning how to feed our brains, so we can create this beautiful experience called life!
